Copying News into a forum

    I read a disclaimer along time ago, that said that using a news article in a forum, for the purpose of discussion, is not copyright infringement and is legal.. does anyone have anything like this?

    very dodgy ground - using copyrighted material belonging to someone else without permission is intrinsically dangerous. Make it unique first.
