Copying description from other sites cause copyscape issues?

    Hi,

    Am creating a products review site, in that I have added a option like "suggest Product" where readers can add their best product/services they have used by simply adding the brand url, it will automatically drags the image and description from the particular website.

    My question is copying description from other website will cause copyscape issues?

    I would like to know all your suggestions

    No absolutely not and copyscape badge is totally useless. Google is not relay on copyscape Google has their own copy content finding algorithm so is you are copying content in your description or web page then copyscape issue is nothing but Google can catch you and can penalize for this.

    i heard in last video of matt cutt that site cant be penalized if content is copied. yes he said that it will effect in caching and indexing of site but cannot be penalized for content duplicate
