    Hello,

I have an interesting question that I was hoping I could get answered...

I own a site with a certain list of sites...
it's really just a table with the site name and then the URL right next to it.
Someone has taken the list from me, but switched it around a little bit.

He/she removed a few sites (i guess to make it seem like their own?).

My question is if he/she can get in trouble for taking my list right from my site?
Like I said, it is just a table with the site name in the left row and the URL in the right row.

Is it something that I should try to go after? It did take me a long time to create...

    Thanks!

while you might be totally in the right as far as trying to go after it, You'll find that it'll be a huge waste of time. and who knows, you may not totally be in the right :/

Thanks for your reply, I appreciate it...

Anyone else have some legal standpoints on this?

I was looking for a pretty straight answer.

Really, there is no valid claim here. You will never be able to prove that it is your table and list he copied. Which is required for a copyright claim. Just forget about it and drive on.
