I do not know which category it belongs so I will just put it under general business. Please move me to the appropriate category if it is inappropriate

    Anyways

Is it possible to copy write the script and content of the site? Assuming everything is made from scratch?

If so how? or is it simply putting

Copy Right 2009 at the end will make it copy righted?

Or is it something that I will need to get it patented?

Its not that simple by putting copyrighted word at your website.
If you want to copyright, you need to fork out some money for it.
    Try this https://secure.copyrightwitness.com/register/reg_online

You can pay the $$ to register your work on a random site but in the US you already have a copyright on your work you just don't know it. http://www.copyright.gov/circs/circ1.pdf Page 3 - starts in the left column and extends in to the right, "The copyright is secured automatically when the work is created, and a work is "created" when it is fixed in copy or phonorecord for the first time." Legally in the US you are already covered! Still a good idea to register if it's a billion dollar script/idea/whatever. If you're not in the US check your own countries laws and sleep well knowing the US federal government has your back.
