Copy Wordpress Blog From One Site To Another Help

I am in need of copying (copy, not transfer) one wordpress blog to a new website where I will be tweaking both blogs by deleting articles from the old blog and keeping them on the new blog. I need to keep the dates intact of the articles I have written.

I will have two separate blogs with no common content so as to not upset Google.

Please advise as to what you would charge to accomplish this for me and when you would be able to do it by PM.

You need to backup your database and move it to new website.

 

Wanted to let everyone know I had "theredsheep" (Oscar) help me with copying the blog from one website to another and he went beyond the call of duty in suggesting plug-ins and other advice that helped my transition run smoothly.
