    Need a copy of https://www.marqueed.com - application. With only TEXT boxes and MARKINGS.

    It needs to convert PDFs and it should have GOOGLE translate integrated before exporting PDFs.

    It should have ADMIN / USER options.

    Admin should be able to export PDFs.
    User should be able to do markings/textboxes.
    It should be a commentary option too on the files.
    All files should be added to folders/cloud option, and should automatically be named (DATE) (Choosen name), folders should be selected and aviliable only for users that has permission.

    Please send me your solution, price and delivery time!
