Need a copy of https://www.marqueed.com - application. With only TEXT boxes and MARKINGS. It needs to convert PDFs and it should have GOOGLE translate integrated before exporting PDFs. It should have ADMIN / USER options. Admin should be able to export PDFs. User should be able to do markings/textboxes. It should be a commentary option too on the files. All files should be added to folders/cloud option, and should automatically be named (DATE) (Choosen name), folders should be selected and aviliable only for users that has permission.
