The answer would be NO, unless you have the explicit consent from the article writer/creator and you would obviously have to mention/reference the author if the author allowed it. Kind Regards
no. YOU CAN'T. You can however ask for the copyrighted content's owner for the permission. If he allows it , you can post it. You can also modify the contents in your own words and post it. (not just copy and paste)
Yes and No. Are you the owner of the content? If so, then Yes, you may post your own content. If you are not the owner of the content, then you will need to have written permission. However, some countries allow you to use a small piece of copyrighted material to do a review or rating. If you were going to do a review on a book, then you MIGHT be able to reprint a very small portion (like one paragraph) as an example. Its called something like "Fair Use." Before you publish anything that is not your property, be sure to check the local laws, maybe even consult an attorney or legal professional. Since laws change from country to country and state to state, it going to be difficult to say "yes" or "no". And then are the laws where the server resides and where the actual content sits. Just to be on the safe side, its always best to use your own content.
WHy would you want to cut and paste another article, firstly it will not be indexed by google as it would be duplicate content and second you lose any credibility you may have. best is to either put your own spin on the article or write a review of the information, sparking controversyto get people talking about your blog...
You can always use the content on wikis i think. Those are not copyrighted right ? At lest most wikis. Not sure about this though.
