Copy Paste of Same Title, Content & Images

I have one blog for movie stills. I'm doing my own titles and keywords descriptions for each post very hard. i'm having copyrights for all images. some bloggers & sites simply copy-pasting Titles, Content & Images everything. if i search for specific keywords they are also in search results. how to prevent these spam bloggers from search results. anyone help me.

 

If you have original material that is being taken, send a DMCA notice to the company that is hosting the website. If they are located outside the United States, the hosting company might simply ignore it, but a U.S.-based company can be expected to take action against the infringing site.

Many of blogspots & spam sites copying titles & keywords, posts. they are located outside US.

 

If you are using movie stills, how can you claim a copyright in the images?

 

He's sneaking a camera into the cinema, taking pictures, then photoshopping the backs of peoples heads out of it.
