Copy / Functionality Review

Looking for a few people to review the copy of this page in particular, and the copy and functionality of the pages that follow (in the Coffee and Tea subcategories). I am getting great CTRs on my ad campaigns and have ads and keywords that are extremely targetted, but I am unable to convert any of them into sales. I think it may be because of the copy on the site, or possibly the functionality.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks for your time!

A picture is worth a thousand words. Before touching the copy, I would add some pictures. Show the customer what they are getting.

If someone simply drops into that page like I did, they would have no idea what is going on.

Again, not copy related, but the sidebar navigation on the right doesn't seem to work properly. You can't get to the top level category from there.

Thanks for your response. I had actually just suggested to my client that they provide me with photos of their actual products for me to showcase on the site.

As for the navigation - There is no navigation on the right? Do you mean on the left? If so, it is a JavaScript menu that show's all of the top-level categories. There is no reason to have a link to the top-level category which would virtually be a page that listed the same links as the links in the left navi. Maybe I'm confused as to what you meant here?

    Thanks again for your time.

Yes I meant the left hand sidebar. What I meant is that there is a category on the left called "Gifts". It highlights like a link, but when clicked it goes nowhere (but does give two subcategories - "Cofee" and "Tea". The same "Gifts" category on the top navigation goes to a "Gifts" page. I just felt it should be consistent.

    Good Luck.
