Which is the website ie niche. What content. Can you post post the url.

 

you will have very low index rate and SERP if your whole site will be a copy.
If you want to restore it from web archive there is different story. more expansive.

 

From the sounds of it, you are needing a complete mirror copy. Grim has a good idea however if they don't have a backup copy then they will need it mirrored to help get it back. This sounds like an all day project, where is your site and the site that needs to be copied.
