Copy a snippet and get a read more in the text how to do?

    When i rewrite news or copy a snippet from the news from other websites i get a code as well.

    I copy a few links with control C and when i paste i got a Read more and a link to the page in question.

    How do you do that for wordpress or vbulletin?
