    That is copyright infringement. When it comes to digital software/text, CD's, DVD's the law often refers to it as piracy.

    The unauthorized use of text content can be a form of copyright infringement. It is common on the world wide web for text to be copied from one site to another without consent of the author.

    Here's more on this subject - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright_infringement

    @Reznor

    Whatever the site in question is, no one is allowed to reproduce content without the author's permission to do so. (it's against the law)

    It can be a plain article, let alone copying someone's sales page.

    If you wrote your own eBook... why would you want to copy other sales letter? If the books are somehow similar, then you can inspire yourself (if you think that sales letter is good) but, I don't recommend copying it.

    Legal reasons aside, why would you like to copy the sales page when you say it is not popular?

    If you can't do your own sales page, then hire someone to make you one. Copying is not the solution.

    Do not copy without prior permission of the owner. If you really want a sales page similar to that create one with different graphics and a different layout it won't be hard.

    You cannot copy it. What I suggest to do is to have a look at many of the sales page related to your product and get ideas from them and create your own sales page. It is much easier to look at others people sales page and create your own than create your one from scratch. Most of the sellers at Clickbank spent thousands of dollars on their sales pages, so it worth look at them and create your own from their ideas.

    I hope it helps.

    Rewrite the Article? Which article and which re writing are you talking about? He wants to copy a sales page, which would come under copyright infringement.

    @OP

    Do you think it's hard to make a good design? Why do you have to copy? You could get some great sales pages made throughout the internet (whether through contacting graphic designers, freelancing sites etc).

    @Precious - I'm not advocating copying it - just curious as to what's so special about the guy's CB product ;)

    @Reznor

    I've imagined that's pure curiosity.

    Probably the guy is smart enough and already had some great conversions promoting that particular product/sales pitch and isn't bother to spend some $$ to outsource his own. Completely against the law and I'd be ready to sue someone for copying my sales page.

    Secondly, even if you manage to copy someone's sales pitch I guess Clickbank won't be that happy if you're reported.

    So OP, double check your intentions mate.
