Here's a weird one. A man having sex with his comatose wife in a nursing home. Maybe his consitutional rights were violated, but come on. Having sex with someone on a coma? I hate nursing homes, it is like they strip you of your humanity. They are cold and sterile, you're taken care of people that could care less about you, and just wait for you to die. The nursing home suspected the husband might be having sex with his wife, so they set up a sting operation with a hidden camera. The husband was charged with felony sexual assault for having intercourse with his wife. The charge will most likely be dropped, because 2 judges already refer to it as illegal search, meaning they should not have used a hidden camera. IMO, the wife cannot give her consent to sex, since she is in a coma. The husband should not have done what he did. However, I hate to see this man going through the turmoil of being charged with a sexual assault, and I hope they won't pursue prosecuting it .
I think the husband should be charged, the wife did not have the chance to tell him she had a headache.
What I want to know is why where the cops outside in the first place with a video camera to capture this?

I am wondering what is he eating lately. He must be out of his mind or maybe he is just so desperate for the cure of his wife.
I wonder if the sister would feel the same way if the doctor used the same methods to try to bring all coma patients back to consciousness, including her sister? How could this man even face his family after such behavior?
