Copied Posts on BlogSpot

I've just noticed somebody is copying posts off one of my blogs onto their own blog on blogspot. I've asked them to remove all copied posts, if however they do not what should I do next, do blogger take copyright infringement seriously?

The person who's copying is actually a member here, I won't mention his name yet as I'm hoping a simple removal and apology will follow but if not he'll be shamed here also.

I've had a reply to my PM and the offending posts have been removed, what amazes me is they didn't realise they were doing anything wrong.

I'd recommend (now you're getting serious with your network of sites), you start adding an extensive T's & C's to every one of of your sites. Including what people are allowed ot copy and not. I have to say, with the ease of RSS syndication (and blogger having it enabled by default I think) it does get unclear about whether you are then alowed to use that feed or not. And whether to add credits or not.

That's a sensible idea, do you know of any appropriate ones that I can legally and ethically copy or base it on.

Unless you want to pay £200 an hour for an IP specialist lawyer, I'd recommend this:

    http://www.simply-docs.co.uk/

Sign up and pay once I think and you'll get a wealth of documents you can (and will be needing to) use. Then compare professional sites similar to yours.
