    This is not sure....by your article he is on top may be it has good back links support and his optimization is good for computation...

    or may be that article crawled first and your article crawled after....

    Dear this is not the case. I posted the article in feb starting(and it was also indexed on the same day) and copied article was posted at the end of feb. Also, my website has plenty of backlinks compared to that website.

    According to Goggle policies, to rank on top search engine queries, you should use fresh and unique content. And if someone can do it by copied content by just doing some decent SEO then no one will waste his time writing fresh content.
