    Please answer these questions:
if i use Wikipedia free images then will google mark it as a copied content?

if i buy a license for quality images for example gettyimages then how will i tell google that don't consider it as a copied content?

    and last is
    http://www.footballnewsguru.com/2014/04/preview-united-vs-norwich.html
    http://www.footballnewsguru.com/2014/04/possible-lineups-liverpool-vs-chelsea.html
these two links have two different images (the second image of a football line up), but i think google will mark it as a copied content, yes or no?
These are not copied, google must know these stuff.

Copied content is more than just sharing the same image. Sharing the same image is like sharing a certain word in a sentence.

Loads of websites use the same images, so I doubt that Google will mark it as a copied content. Now, if we are talking about written content, it is much easier to detect same pattern or sentences, so this is what you are aiming to avoid. As @webcosmo explained, the image is like a single word in a big sentence, it is such a small part that it cannot be taken into account for the overall picture. As long as you keep your wording unique, relevant and useful for your visitors, then you can safely use any kind of imagery to depict your thoughts ;)
