Copied content from celebrity websites

    If someone copy the news from other celebrity websites,and post it in his own website,that mean is breaking the copyright ?

    but how can you prove that the content is copied from somewhere else?

    No idea about copyright issues, But Celebrity niche looks like runs on TMZ.com and from there all the other celeb gossip websites publishes. So i guess It shouldn't be an issue.:)
