    is http://www.copeac.com/ any good?

    They don't really give you much information on their affiliate program pre-signup.

    Will I have to enter a SS# to get paid? What's the minimum payout amount?

    So far, I am making okay dollars with them, but the mininum payout is 100. My rep is pretty nice though.

    They seem to be well liked with most people who use them. You may want to check out Azoogle before you give them a try though.

    COPEAC is better than Azoogle. Their tracking is as close to realtime as it gets.
