    but should i say but 1 million email addresses ( non spam) does that work? and who to buy them off if it does . i was looking at using a 0.70$ lead ad

    No,1 million,most of the sites selling those emails are just scams,u will hardly get any lead from those million emails.

    Purchasing lists for $19.99 will produce little to no value for you. Those emails will be riddled with spam traps, and may or may not even be valid.

    If you have never email marketed i suggest that you spend the next month educating yourself on the laws, and best practices with email marketing prior to promoting any copeac offers. If you fail to follow best practices, or ensure your emails are CAN SPAM compliant you will risk termination, forfeiture of revenues and possible legal issues due to violations of the CAN SPAM Act.
