Whats up with this email I got today from : "Attention E-Advertising, Hydra, Affiliate.com publishers, this will only take a second. You are running with the wrong network and as a valuable publisher we feel obligated to tell you. If you are looking to run with a TOP Affiliate Network contact your AM at COPEAC. Grants, Acai, Colon, Skin, Mobile, Dating, Teeth. No niche is too small, no niche is too big. If it converts, we have it. COPEAC, the clear choice for all your affiliate marketing needs." Kinda harsh... Did they just really send this out to thousands of publishers? My friend got this too!
Yeah I got this email also. Honestly, I'd want to stop doing business with them if I got this email... good thing I already stopped...
First of all i want to apologize to the networks mentioned in the email. This was not approved and apparently sent in error. We have been working on a marketing campaign about being the clear choice for affiliates this was one of the ideas someone in marketing came up with. Obviously it was not in good taste and not approved. Those networks mentioned we have good relationships with and shows them that my team views them as fierce competitors I sincerely apologize for the incident that occurred today. This error was a learning experience for us, as we learned to better control the communications system in DT to less individuals so unapproved marketing material isnt sent in the future. I am sorry if it offends anyone. EDIT: I will send a response to everyone tomorrow. Just wanted to post something for now
this email seems ok to me... if they think they are better than another network they should say it and explain why.... isnt that what sales is all about
