I almost logged into my copeac account after a month to see some valentine's day offers and found my account inactive. I tried calling the copeac hotline and the representative told me that someone will shortly call me.. though i havent recieved any call from them after waiting few hours.. i am worried coz my account has some 2k bucks yet to be paid and were earned in way back november. I have recieved the december payment. Earlier i talked to my AM about this and he told me that i will get my november payment along with decembers.. but when i recieved my december payment only... i tried talkin to him.. and he told me that he is looking into it.... but since then i havent heard anything from him either. what i feel is that my payment schedule is totally messed up..and now the worst is that they turned my account inactive... is anyone here in similar situation??

It's strange, they're a very well respected company in the niche so it's probably a mistake. Explain this to your AM and see how you can get your money paid. I hope everything is OK for you
Talked to my AM earlier today again.. my account is active now and the payment was already sent to me yesterday.. So finally.. i am happy with copeac support.

Guys COPEAC is one of THE best CPA networks around if not THE BEST They have been an honest company and have held their reputation always strong. The result being always positive feedback from their affiliates. If ever they were to switch sides I am sure you will start hearing a whole lot more of these kinda situations. However, I do believe you must follow through at times with these kinda situations since i'm sure they are probably one of the busier aff companies out there. So up to now, thanks be to them! I without a doubt would place my eggs in their basket any time of day over others(Where most problems lie).
That seems very odd for them. I would definitely contact your AM, via email or phone. They do have instant messenger too.
Yep, copeac is a very good network. I've never really had any major issues with them. I've had one or two small issues which has been rectified straight away.
