Coop Setup Question

    number two on the setup

    "Create an empty file named ad_network_ads_256.txt in the same directory. The web server user should have write permissions to this file. An easy way to set the permissions would be with the following command:
    chmod 666 ad_network_ads_256.txt
    "

    As Iam not a programmer or near it ..
    this one confuses me. do I save the 666 ad_network_ads_256.txt
    into the main folder as a txt file or save it into the empty txt file ad_network_ads_256.txt ?

    and I believe I have everything else figured out.
