Coop links does not rotating

    Why is that?

    At the bottom of pages placed coop links and they are does not rotating
    http://www.myspacesupport.com/

    It's not only one example. I saw some more sites with this issue.
    Is this issue or it's a feature?

    It's a feature you can display ads dynamic or static.

    So, if I show 100% static ads:

    1. Is this means that all my ads will be also static at the other sites?
    2. When I decide to change display setting to 50/50 or 100% dynamic, is this means that all my ads that was static at the other sites will start displays dynamicly?
