Selling cool site, whatversion.net, no maintenance

I'm selling a little site of mine - http://whatversion.net/.

The domain is almost 2 years old, expires on July 07, 2014 and name.com is the domain registrar.

This is a custom website, coded in django (python), a database is not used. The version detection is done mostly on the client (java, flash) and a little on the server (browser user agent). I have put the site online and it just grew from there. No maintenance needed. Last month the site earned 12$, the average for 2013 is approx. 7$/month. The traffic is growing steadily. I haven't done any link building, just 2-3 link in the beginning (2 years ago).

All the earnings come from the single ad block on the detail pages, it's just a row with a few links. Probably one can earn more with banners or by putting ads on the homepage.

I think the site could be rewritten in php on a single day if needed, it's just a few lines of python using the django framework.
