    What I do is use the tool first; and if I get a penalty in the results, I find out why using the "allintitle" and "allinanchor" search operators on Google.

    I am not sure if you should use this as the know-all type tool, but sure could be used as a general indication. I tried it for a few sites and for one site that I suspected had a problem, did indeed have a slight problem while my other sites that I didn't think had a problem, didn't have a problem according to this tool. Thanks for the tip!
