cool domain name but deleted one, take it?

www.worldcup2010online.com is available for registry! (it is a deleted domain name but if anyone here wants to go register, do it ASAP.)

When a domain gets deleted from the registry, all the SEO/PR value goes to zero. I would like to know:

    1. Is building PR/SEO for a deleted domain very hard? or is it the same as marketing any new domain?

    2. Anyone here had any success with buying/marketing deleted domain names?

    Thanks

Definitely not any harder than with a new domain. If anything it might be easier. Bear in mind PR is a meaningless measure.

PR is just a ranking number, the most important factor is backlinks.
