And If the customers go to my aStore but don't buy anything.
After that, they go to amazon.com by click the link in my astore like the logo "power by amazon"
Does it take my tracking-ID togather?
If they buy something in amazon.com, I will get the commission?

4% starting out, it gradually climbs to 8% if you reach a specified quota. Some, they provide a higher commission.

The rest is up to you on how you do things.

Personally, I wish the cookie would stay on the computer until they either delete all their cookies or the computer dies. But logical common sense would associate the purchase to you affiliate forever, so any purchase they ever make from amazon again will then provide further income for that affiliate, unless they purchase from another affiliate, at which time it would change. Having cookies is ok, but if amazon wanted to get serious, they'd attach a permanent affiliation between the customer and the affiliate. They do not because they don't want to pay it unless they had to. So, short 1 day cookie.

One day is too short, for sure ;)

However if an item is placed in a shopping cart, but the user does no proceed to
the checkout, it remains for up to 90 days. If during this time, the user returns
and goes to the checkout to purchase the item, this sale is then credited to the
    affiliate.

The 'Powered by Amazon' logo under your aStore search Box is embedded with your affiliate link (hover you mouse over it and watch the URL status display). If they go to Amazon with that link and buy something, you will get the commission.
