Convince me please Islam is a religion of Peace and Love.

I wish more places were like that....however, they are not...and I also wished all religions in the end wanted peace...for some peace=power at all costs.

There is only one answer..

Read the Quran.

..even if you are a CIA agent.

And be mindful of the times and that Muhammad was involved in many wars against him back then to survive..

Worldradio, also remember that mohammads armies conquered most of the middle east. If my ancestors didnt have the lebanese mountains i would not be christian today. Yes i know many others were also forced to convert to christianity like the american and mexican indians also. I guess we also have to follow the inner heart which god gave to us to use as common sense. I just cant for the life of me understand forced conversion because it isnt a conversion of true faith.

 

If muhammed hadn't tried to get all the power, then those wars against him would have never happened....instead he thought he was the messenger of God and wanted people to worship him...it amazes me that many nutjobs still do.
