Converting Traffic

    Hi
    I have a small shop https://www.bahofsoap.co.uk that is using Wordpress and Woocomerce.

    I have been promoting 2 pages via facebook and adwords and trying to learn how to get potential customers to buy the products even but them in the cart

    The pages I have been promoting are

    New to this and would like to learn any advise would be gratefully received as only converting 0 to 0.1% of the traffic

    so just a few basic thoughts on this:
    My first would be why are you promoting the 2 pages you say you are and not the homepage of your website?? To me; the homepage is the most interesting,succinct page of the entire site.
    People either because of impulse or from need. If need based; they buy from you either because you have a superior "hook" i.e. extremely low price, absolute superior product, maybe an all-natural,organic product etc. OR the second reason is that you persuaded them to buy from you via the content of your page. To do this; people want to know the story,be engaged,feel romanced--not dropped right on a sales page with no backstory even if it is there but they have to find it.
    It also appears several of your products are "out of stock" but you have no ad conversions??
    Couple other thoughts--I may have missed it but did not see anywhere to contact you for questions/customer service and people want to know they are going to have an easy time contacting someone they might give $$$ to.
    I see no info on payment methods or similar clearly marked for the peace of mind of people who might buy or not...
    Lastly, I see no privacy policy/cookie policy page which is required especially in scenarios where you may have EU visitors as well as for peace of mind of folks who are giving you their payment and personal info. I am sure this was not exactly the kind of input you wanted about conversion BUT as a potential buyer I might pass for any of the above.

    I think the points above are really good constructive feedback and i will go and correct the issues and see what happens.
