Hi I am after a price for someone to convert as psd file to html or CSS so that i can put into the sidebar of wordpress to make a contact form. This is a rough PSD file so please also include a price for the adding gradients or making more stylish. Its to fit into www.ajawebdesign.co.uk. I have already posted this under programming but not sure if it was the right area in the forium.
This is two jobs. You need someone to slice the graphic, and you need someone to write the code. Great artists write terrible code and great programmers have no artistic sense. That's why web companies employ both artists and programmers.
WRONG. I can do both. I'm not super artistic, but can easily do what is asked. You don't need both, but you DO need a developer who can code. Id probably say $20-25 is a fair price, because it's not a psd file, so someone will have to do design work ontop of code. And 2nd, it's not just css/html. You will need a script to actually submit an email enquiry.
