Converting Phpbb2 To Phpbb3?

    Hi guys. Can you tell me how to convert phpbb2 database to phpbb3 database?


    I mean phpbb2 forum back-up to phpbb3!

    very easy just install phpbb3 and while installing you will see a menu which asks you if you have already phpbb and you want to convert it and then you say yes you give the info and every thing is done automatically nothing to worry about but remember to backup

    Two days before I converted my phpbb2 to phpbb3 but I was not able to convert it online because my database is more than 100 MB. :( So I have to convert if off line. Inside the phpbb3 doc file, you will get step by step instruction for conversion. Just follow the instructions, and keep a backup copy of phpbb2 mysql database and all files before conversion. :)
