Converting MS SQL Server DB to MySQL

I have acquired a database that is in Microsoft SQL Server format. I don't have access to Microsoft SQL Server, and I need to convert the database to MySQL format.

    Size is about 250 megs.

Any ideas on how to do this? Does anyone know if there is a reliable, reputable commercial service that does this?

    Thanks.

You need SQL Server up and running for those directions to be meaningful. While there is a free version of SQL Server, I haven't been able to get it up and running, and so this advice doesn't work for me. I either need something that operates as easily as a desktop .exe program or reference to someone or some service that is honest and reliable that can do it for me.

That product works for Access, and not, apparently, for MS SQL Server.

This is proving harder than I expected.

I appreciate your posting the links, but this product requires a working MS SQL Server environment to do any good, and not having a working MS SQL Server environment is the problem.
