Converting IPB to VB

    Me and my partner bought a forum database which was from an IPB 2.1.7 board. We then converted it to vB but found alot of the posts were corrupt. We never tested it on IPB but we do have IPB backups.

    Is it likely that the IPB database will be corrupt to, or was it a case of doing the import wrong.. :eek:

    You probably done it wrong, did you use impex?

    You have to use impex it makes things much much easier
