Converting IPB 2.3 to vBulletin 3.6 ??

    Hope you are fine there
    for converting ipb 2.3 to VB 3.6
    u need a script called ImpEx , which u can get from VB Download area , and if you are using nulled copy of vbulletin then you have to hire someone who have license of vb and can convert your ipb to vb
