Why/what for? It depends on why you need it in Photoshop. InDesign doesn't have a built in export to PSD function. If you need to retain layers, you can copy and paste each layer (or bits and pieces) from InDesign to Photoshop (as a Smart Object). If you don't need layers, you can export a PDF.
I've just recently added InDesing to my toolbox so unlike Kerosene I can't give you a exact answer but why on earth would you need to machine Id files with Ps ?
My friend is looking for a new job so I suggested that he buy a resume design from graphicriver. I figured he was going to get one that was .psd but instead it is .id and neither of us have InDesign.
Get the InDesign trial, open the resume, edit it, export to PDF, send/print PDF to job applications. http://www.adobe.com/go/tryindesign
I wish i thought of this earlier. I ended up getting a PDF version and recreating it in photoshop. Only took about 15 minutes
