Converting a Custom Script's Theme to a Wordpress Theme.

    I am trying to take a theme from a custom script and convert it over to Wordpress. I have successfully created Wordpress themes before from scratch but this one is from a custom built PHP script (it is terrible, and I am helping switch it over to Wordpress to help them make it easier to update the site) and i am not having much luck yet.

    The organization is a nonprofit and i am doing this to help out. Though I am starting to lose my patience figuring this out .

    The site is http://childrensclubinc.com and I am so burned out right now. Hoping for some feedback so that I can get this finished up.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    So that one is not yet on Wordpress platform right?
    Have you started converting it at least?

    Yes, I have spent the last few hours attempting to convert the theme to work with Wordpress.
