Selling ConvertibleCoffeeTable.net- $1/day AdSense Revenue

I am selling this website in order to buy a domain I am after.

- No day to day management (auto-piolot)
- Consistant earner through AdSense (getting at least one click per day, averaging 1 also)
- Clicks earning solid amount
- Adsense revenue: see attached screenshot (implemented around the 10th)
- Steady traffic (around 10 visits per day, all organic)- also see attachments

The site is performing well currently and has rankings in the middle of the first page for the keywords. This is with no promotion done. With a little link building, traffic would likely double (at least) and this site could become a strong earner.

You might ask why am I selling? I am in this site for the short term gain only whereas you can be in it for the long term. I believe the domain in which I am purchasing is worth the cost of selling this website.

The adsense revenue is in Australian dollars (convert at xe.com to your own currency). There is not much difference between the exchange rates at the moment.
