Buying Converter from phpbb filebase to xenforo resource manager

    Hi,

    i am looking for skilled programmer who could write a converter for phpbb filebase (filebase 2.0.0 mod) to Xenforo Resource Manager. I am not interested in conversion of posts/threads/etc. as this works just fine. Budget is 150$ max. but I am willing to work with you a bit more if thats really needed.
