converted .mov to .swf and .flv and....

...the outcome looks poor.

Try googling for Super the converter, you can almost convert anything from it and its free.

 

You can google search by "mov to swf" and will get a bunch of converters can do that.

 

What for me,I use Macvide VideoFlash Converter.It’s soft for convert mov to swf. It's helps me a lot.)
