    else you can promote as you wish like anywhere forums, forums/email signature but please mention our services clearly..don't hidden our services with other names. And you put banners on your any websites/blogs etc. is better way

    But adsense do not pay you when your total income reaches $10, We are not competing any affiliate program, you can keep both adsense and our affiliate program on your site.
