Convert Wordpress blog to Word Doc?

I've seen a plugin to export a blog to a PDF document (using PDF24).

Is there anything that does something like this but puts it into Word?

 

I couldn't find a plugin, but I did find this potential method:

1) Log into your Dashboard, go to Manage, then Export and Click Download Export File
