Convert word document to html files

I need a 12 page MS-Word document converted to a series of html files. Each page needs to be an individual file. The word document contains images, tables and text.

Requirements:

1. The pages need to be as small as possible for fast loads.
2. Clean HTML that validates.
3. Use CSS for formatting.
4. Images need to be stored in a /images folder.
5. Page widths no larger than 535px


What I don’t want:

No MS-Word styles (so don’t just “File SaveAs html). You can start with that but the finished product needs to look and feel like a real html document, be compliant, validate and not contain any of the Microsoft bastardized html or styles.
