Buying Convert .VOB file into .FLV files

    I have a 200MB .vob file thats about 3:30min in length.
    I need it to be converted to .flv format and to weight less then 20MB (preferably less then 10MB) without loosing much quality.
    i use the following size when displaying the video on the website: width: 512px; height 384px; so once converted it should look fine in the ratio

    pm with with title "convert video" if you can do this for me and also let me know how much u want for it.

    ur price coz honestly I don't know how to price this service
    coz there's lots of software that can do this. but if ur busy I can do it for you ::p
