    Well, free things mostly are not good enough or they use them to attarch you to purchase other goods. But now in internet there are so many converters. You can just search swf to flv and find some good ones. I am sure you will find one good and free software.

    A video file should meet the following requirements so that it can be uploaded to YouTube site.
    1. In an acceptable format: FLV, WMV, MPEG4, MOV, AVI and MPEG.
    2. Video length is shorter 10 minutes.
    3. File size is smaller than 1GB.
    Regarding the acceptable formats, your swf files is not accepted, you can get a swf conversion tool to convert swf file into YouTube video with MP3 audio, which may result in the best quality.
    Personally, I use Sothink SWF to Video Converter. Its a commercial solution and cost , but its been well worth it. And, you can convert swf to all types of video formats and not just FLV. that's pretty cool. I think it worth a try

    I use Flash to Video Encoder PRO.
    It converts flash files to AVI, mp4, ASF/WMV, mpeg files, etc.
