I discovered a way to copywrite texts easily. You speak and the sysytem converts your speech into words. It is easy to use and free.
You can read books and it writes or you can write videos easily.

I didn't claim speech to text is unique but I try to lead some to write quickly.

Honestly, don't you think it would be better to use some FREE software that can be installed and used offline to do this? The API this tool uses doesn't even support my browser. I don't think it will be compatible with every kind of setup out there. Why waste bandwidth (or data usage limit) for something that can be done offline? Moreover, you say there is nothing unique this tool has.

Frankly, I don't see any point in using it.

A writer friend of mine is using a similar software like this or exactly the same program on her tablet im not really sure. however, she really appreciate this application mainly because she has health issues and she feels that with the aid of this she could still produce the article w/o her typing nor sitting in front of her laptop. She is not comfortable working on a tablet, as the tablet is prone to more spelling error and taking so much time to type.

I absolutely hate typing on a tablet or phone. Typing on a screen drives me nuts! lol! I adapted to typing on a laptop, but I prefer my desktop with my ergo keyboard. It's almost like I forgot how to type when I use a flat keyboard. lol! So yeah, if something happened where using my laptop or desktop wasn't possible and I had to resort to a tablet, I would certainly use some sort of speech to text program. I think the concept is awesome, especially if someone has a disability or just simply hates to type, but I haven't spent the time to give some of the programs available a thorough test drive to determine if I like a certain program or not. I find myself messing up, fumbling around, when I try to say out loud what's rumbling around my head. lol! I have no problems having verbal conversations with people, but when I think about what I want to write for a project, the process just goes smoother for me being quiet and letting my brain and fingers work together to get the words out. lol!

 

When I don't feel like typing, for whatever reason it may be, I just rant out everything that comes to my brain and catch it in a sound recorder. Then I transcribe the recording and edit as many times as needed. If nothing else, it at least gets me going and my work done.
I agree typing on a touchscreen or tablet is a bother esp. if you've been used to typing through a keyboard for long.
My brain-finger coordination is suspended sometimes and I just dunno what to do. Speech-to-text sounds like a good solution. I tried one free software a while ago but I wasn't able to decode the output it produced. It was a language completely unfamiliar to me. I guess if you have to use a speech-to-text, use a PRO one or don't use at all. Transcribing seems much better than the free ones, but again, that may be just me.

 

I was involved selling pattern recognition software on minicomputers, way back when. That is the core technology used in speech recognition, robotic vision, text search/monitoring, etc. Back then, the cutting edge systems used neural networks instead of just statistical algorithms for analysis. I cannot imagine what technology is being used today in this regard as it has been improved tremendously. I recall walking through Grumman Aerospace's R&D center and scientists/engineers having video cameras pointed at toy soldiers and tanks who were struggling to get the computer to recognize the difference between the parallel sides of the road and the parallel lines displayed by the trees alongside them. We have come a long way since then.

However, my smartphone is pretty stupid about pattern recognition as far as I can tell because it keeps suggesting crazy words to complete my texts. Hopefully, the speech stuff works better.

 

I am considering that speech to text converter is a great tool to have nice transcripts and speech recognition. So, it is cool to use the AI-based mechanism to grow up the performance as I did before thanks to it.
