Convert Regular Menu to Drop Down Menu

I need a little CSS/html help taking a regular menu and converting it into a vertical drop-down menu for a website.

I need the result to be working on all major browsers.

I am having trouble integrating the current CSS with the drop-down menu CSS and getting it to work on all browsers.

Please reply and I will forward the website/css/html and please give me an estimate of the cost for doing this.
