Convert PSD to HTML/CSS

    I have a PSD file that I need converted to CSS and html. I tried the export to html in photoshop but it didn't work.

    How much would this cost and how long would it take?

    I am ready to do this job for you, if you want it on table base xhtml I can do it in $20 and for table less(div base) it will be little more (around $40 for index page) and the time need 3-4 hour max. please let me know...
