I have a logo on a pdf document, can this be reliably converted to an image to use in a website? Such as a jpg or gif? If so, how? and what is the best form to convert it into?

get it on your screen as big as you can; hit ALT+PRTSCR, go to your favorite bitmap graphical editor and press ctrl+V, resize it to your needs.

    that's how I do it :D

I thought of that since it is already a full screen image but won't that come out bad? Kind of 'grainy'? You have to lose some sort of sharpness when you do that..... don't you?

...or check out AutoImager's image converter features. It's supports converting PDF to just about any image format, including JPG, GIF, etc.

Open in Photoshop, crop logo, save for web and devices. You won't get better quality than this.

First you should open pdf file in photoshop and remove background outside of logo.
Than save png format. Png is best for website.
