    Create a Chalk Design Effect on a Photo
    • Open your subject picture in Photoshop
    • Go to Filter > Filter Gallery
    • Go to Image > Adjustments > Desaturate
    • Go to Filter > Filter Gallery
    • Still in the Filter Gallery window, click on the “New Effect Layer” icon
    • Under “Brush Strokes” click on the Angled Strokes effect and set the following values
